Since the approval of Crosstown, developers of the Sears Crosstown building in Memphis are distributing construction plans. That means shovels could hit the ground by Spring of 2014. The new urban village development is expected to take 2 years to reconstruct out of the old Sears building. The doors would open, if all goes according plan, by Spring of 2016. So as the real construction work is set to begin in the coming months, here are a few renderings of what you can expect to see, little by little, over the next two and a half years.
